1. Delivery Areas

We currently offer delivery services to the following areas:

Vancouver
Burnaby
Coquitlam
Port Coquitlam
Surrey
Richmond
Langley
White Rock
Delta

2. Minimum Purchase and Shipping Cost

The minimum purchase amount for delivery is $30.
A flat shipping fee of $8.50 will be applied to all orders.

3. Delivery Time

Deliveries are made between 09:00 am to 9:00 pm.
Your purchase is going to be delivered the next day of your purchase.
You are able to message us your best delivery time option.
If your purchase was made on Saturday, your delivery is going to be the next Monday. Please Note: We do not offer deliveries on Sundays.

4. Payment Methods

To ensure prompt processing of your order, we prioritize payments made via credit card and bank transfer. We also accept cash payments upon delivery. Please note the following:

Credit Debit/Card: Secure online payments processed at the time of checkout.
Bank Transfer: Please complete the transfer promptly to ensure next-day delivery. Send proof of payment to payments@mercaditocapital.ca to confirm your order.
Cash: Payable upon delivery to the delivery driver. Please have the exact amount ready as drivers may not have change.

5. Order Processing

Orders are processed immediately upon receipt of payment confirmation.

6. Delivery Process

Our delivery team will contact you on the day of delivery to confirm it.
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order. If you are unavailable, please provide specific instructions on where to leave the package.
