Q1: Where do you delivery?

A1: All part of British Columbia. The delivery is going to be with extra charge based on your Postal Code.

Vancouver, Burnaby, North Vancouver, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Surrey, Richmond, WhiteRock and Delta.

Q2: When can I expect my package to arrive?

A2:If you order today, your package is going to be delivered the next day between 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. You can request your preference time by WhatsApp at +1(778)-984-0506

Q3: How can I find a product I know you sell in-store but no online?

A3: New products are going to be added every day. If the product that your are looking for is not online, you can email us at info@mercaditocapital.com with all your contact information included, and we will contact you as soon as possible.

Q4: Will a frozen product or ready to eat arrive in time?

A4: Depends on you. You can request on the comments how you prefer your frozen products, and we would love to delivery in the condition that you prefer.

Q5: Can I order for pick-up?

A5: No, sorry. Unfortunately, we are not a physical store. We work hard to professionalize deliveries.

Q6: Will fragile products arrive safely?

A6: Yes! We make sure all products are securely packaged before we sent out the orders. However, if a product is damaged during transport due to third party handling, we will open up a ticket and proceed as needed. (Refund or Replacement)

Q7: My product arrived damaged, what can I do?

A7: We understand that the product may arrive damaged due to external factors. However, we take full responsibility for our products, so you can contact us and explain the situation and will happily replace the damaged product for you, or issue a refund. Please note we will need proof of the damaged product along with additional details that will be required in order for us to proceed with a refund or replacement. Without the information we require from you we cannot issue any refunds or replacements.
